The damping direction of Fido RH-N11 rotary vane dampers made up of durable plastic PBT can be either clockwise or anticlockwise. There is a return damping torque depending on the size of the damper when the rotational vane damper rotates in the opposite direction. Different colors of the rotary shaft indicate different damping directions. Fido unidirectional rotary vane dampers avoid dangerous and damaging impacts via slowing down the motion of moving parts and also creates a soft motion through the oil pressure with the shaft. They are easy to install and totally maintenance free.
